Personally, I found it to be a drag to sit down at the end of the day and write out all of my feelings and details of my day. On days I had low energy I would simply have no information on my day. This Notion template allows you to still get some base data in by pressing a few buttons, allowing you to keep track of your daily mood in less than a minute.
