If someone has treated you in an illegal way, it is important that you start a case on them. Legal cases need evidence, and that's what this document is for. Here is a file where you can gather evidence about instances and suspects, keep track of a to-do list, and maintain the contact information of officials you've contacted.
This document is in no way a replacement for any official police, HR, court, and/or government document. You can, however, share this file with authorities to aid in their own work.
