About this template
How to start your Becoming Focused project and use this Tracker:
- Practice deep focus time everyday. During deep focus time, you commit to working on 1-2 important tasks without checking messages, emails, or joining any meetings/calls.
- Listen to 14-40 Hz music during the deep focus session
- Use Pomodoro technique (25-5 or 50-10 rule)
- Log your total deep focus hours each day in the table below. Based on your deep focus time, you can rank your focus level as:
- Less than 1 hour: Poor
- 1-3 hours: Average
- 3-5 hours: Good
- More than 5 hours: Excellent
You have full control in changing this scale. Make sure to tailor it to your own need!
