3. Scheduled Restore-Tests: The user utilizes a checklist (customizable by company) to perform restore-test tasks on backups.
4. (Temporary) Deactivation: The user initiates the deactivation process using the “deactivate backup button.”
5. Periodic Checks on Inactive Backups: The user periodically reviews deactivated backups to decide whether to keep them inactive, re-onboard, or permanently offboard.
6. Offboarding: The user utilizes a checklist (customizable by company) to offboard a backup.
Each step is facilitated with buttons to create, finalize, or delegate tasks, ensuring clarity in process flow and minimal manual intervention.
Team & Personal Pages:
- Delegation: Users can add subtasks for team collaboration during onboarding, restore-tests, or offboarding.
