You need your therapist most in moments between sessions. But at $200 an hour, therapy is at most once a week. I could only afford half the therapy I needed, so I built a way to get twice as much from every session.

I built this after experimenting with AI journaling for the last 20 months, and being in therapy for 2 years. It's the system I wish I had when I started therapy—a way to make therapy work with the limited money I had without compromising on my therapist. This isn't a replacement for therapy it's a system to combine therapy, AI and journaling so I could make her insights and advice easier to recall—make my sessions worth twice as much. It’s essentially a lifeline I’d want to throw back to my past self.
