This database provides a simple, effective system to take ownership of your life. It's name is Action : after the supreme force that makes anything &/ everything possible.
Over 365 days I used this system ; it gave me a clear picture of my sleep and mood patterns, my commitment to habits, the strength of my connections, and much more. Using the pre-set views, Action gave me access to my past in written, visual, and graphic formats.
The insights from the data proved very valuable to me and they continue to help me.
