About this template

The 75 Hard Challenge, developed by Andy Frisella, is a mental toughness and habit-building program, rather than a fitness challenge.
It involves daily indoor and outdoor workouts, following a set diet plan with no cheat meals or alcohol, and reading 10 pages a day of a non-fiction (ideally self-help) book. The aim is to create habits that you maintain after the 75 days, to improve both your mental and physical state. It emphasises realism and understanding of one's own body limits to avoid injuries.
