The power of The Productive Life lies in the interlinking of areas, projects, tasks, notes, books and resources. For example, you can create project called "building a personal website", and add tasks such as "watch tutorials", "build home page", "build about page", etc. You can add the tutorials as resources under the task / project so that you never have to scramble to look for it again.
