The first database is filled with books and your reviews about them, as you read them. You can display it as a list or as a Gallery. For the gallery, the displayed image is the cover of the page so you'll have to find an image of your books online and copy its link.
To have useful questions for reviewing a book, you have different review templates.
The second database is filled with quotes you find meaningful, emotional or interesting during your readings.
The template is supposed to not be overwhelming, so you can just enter all the details about a book only once and when you have finished eat sat down to reflect and review.
