That’s why I made five habit tracker models, each for a different approach to habit-building:

Use Model 4 if you builds habits based on your 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤.

Just like watering plants, you're not specifically bound by the date here; rather, you need to do your habits before they die after being undone for your chosen number of days.
