Overview

CloudEagle directly integrates with your Notion account to give you details on total, provisioned, and unused licenses within minutes, along with spend by department and users. Within the first 30 minutes of integrating, CloudEagle will:

Identify Notion savings opportunities.
Reduce risk by highlighting inactive and ex-employee users.
Monitor spend anomalies, and report monthly spend trends.
Track all Notion contracts and set alerts for renewals, opt-out dates, and more.
Block shadow IT with unauthorized app alerts.

How to use

1. Log in to the CloudEagle app and navigate to Admin > Integrations > Direct Integrations, search for Notion and click on Connect.
2. Review the permissions requested by CloudEagle, select the pages through which you want to track the usage and allow access.
3. On a successful connection, you will see Sync now. Click on Sync Now to start syncing the data.
4. The Sync may take some time, depending on the size of the data. You will receive a notification after successful sync
5. Once the data is synced, you can see all the information that you have given access to in the Notion Application tab under Current Data Source as Direct Integration.
6. The sync runs automatically every 24 hours in order to capture the latest data.
