This template streamlines product discovery for teams, by providing the Opportunity Solution Tree (OST) framework in a neat and organized document. Once you have your OST ready, you can jump in to each and every opportunity, and start using this template right away!
This template is divided into three sections:
- Opportunity: where you can select an opportunity, assess its importance and impact.
- Solutions: where you ideate on ways to address this opportunity, where you then can test them using the assumption test.
- Conclusion: where you determine the solution that will be used, and how will you implement it to address your opportunity.
This template offers helpful tips to guide you along the way, as well as automating routine tasks like adding solutions and assumptions, to let you focus on what matters.
