Scheduled

Overview

Scheduled will fetch your Notion database to schedule and publish your social media posts. You can publish your posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X. With Scheduled you can also synchronize daily the stats of your social media posts directly in your Notion database.

How to use

1️⃣ Give Scheduled access to your Notion database

- Create a secure connection between Scheduled and your Notion workspace
- Authorize the necessary permissions so Scheduled can read and modify your database
- This step is essential to enable bidirectional data synchronization

2️⃣ Connect 3 required Notion properties from your database to work with Scheduled:

- A date property to let Scheduled know when to publish your posts

This can be a simple date field or date with time. Scheduled will use this information to automatically schedule your publications. You can plan publications up to several months in advance.

- A status property to let Scheduled know which posts are ready to be scheduled and published

Use different statuses like "Draft", "Ready to be scheduled", "Published", etc. Scheduled will only consider posts with the status you have defined as "ready". This property allows you to maintain control over your editorial workflow.

- A select property to let Scheduled know where to publish your posts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook or X)

Choose one or multiple platforms for each publication. Customize content according to each social network. Manage all your social media channels from one place.

3️⃣ To retrieve your metrics in Notion, you simply need to confirm the collection:

Scheduled will automatically create the necessary properties in Notion to store the data. Engagement statistics (likes, shares, comments, etc.) will be synchronized with your database. Analyze the performance of your publications directly in your Notion workspace. Gain valuable insights to optimize your content strategy
