The first database allows you to fill in any task and connect it to a date and a day of the week. It includes a status property as an alternative to the checkbox. At last you can describe your task more in detail in the last column. You can view this database as a weekly calander.
Besides this databse, there is a monthly calendar were you can keep track of your deadlines.
