It features separate databases for Projects and Tasks, allowing teachers to group related tasks into projects, set statuses, and view tasks by different timeframes such as "Today" and "This Week".

The template also includes a Task Calendar for visualizing uncompleted tasks, making it easier for teachers to manage their workload and prioritize their responsibilities.
