This template serves as a tracker and digital notebook for podcasts you listen to. It can be tweaked to incorporate books and articles, as well. It can serve as a place where you jot down quick notes and key points, or where you create a whole page dedicated to notes on the podcast — it all depends on you, what you want to get out of the podcast and how you operate.
As I listen to podcasts on the move, it's easy to forget the valuable points. So much so that I've re-listened to the same episode multiple times. By taking notes, that's not necessary. By tracking, it's also easier to remember where you left off if you're following a podcast series.
