A Meal Planner which generates your grocery list containing 11 recipes, all gluten free and 8 are vegetarian. Recipes and guidance designed to help anyone neurodiverse.

This template helps you plan out what you are cooking during the week and generates your grocery list for you! This is what I use to plan my meals, because having a plan of what I am eating helps me both save money as ingredients don't go to waste, and also helps me have more energy as I don't have to work out what to eat after a long day at work. There are several view options, which give you multiple options depending on if you want to schedule meals into your calendar or just have them in a notion database. You can filter by the complexity, and I tried to make it easier to interpret and label your own foods by making the scale easier for those who are neurodiverse.
To get the most out of the template, when you are deciding what meals you are eating for the week you should check the property "In Rotation" as this is what makes the ingredients show up in the grocery list and prevents ingredients from every recipe stored showing up. If, like me, you prefer to have multiple entries and schedule using notion calendar, when you duplicate meals check the "Duplicate" property so the recipe doesn't show up multiple times in the "Recipes" view.
